FIFA 20 Career Mode: 10 Teams You Must Play With

1. Napoli

After a decade of Juventus dominance in Serie A, it looks as if the tide may – just may – be about to change as Carlo Ancelotti’s Napoli look like being more than capable of toppling The Old Lady as the top team in Italian football.

For the past several years, the Naples outfit have played some stunning football that has won plenty of plaudits – but now the team look like genuine favourites to finally capture the Serie A crown for the first time since the 1989/90 campaign.

Making Napoli a more appealing prospect for FIFA 20 gamers this time out, is the fact that Kalidou Koulibaly has been joined in central defence by Kevin Manolas – the 85-rated stopper joining from Roma this past summer. As for Koulibaly, his 89 rating makes him one of the best players in FIFA 20.

Brazilian midfielder Allan (85) again offers tremendous busyness and a solid midfield base, while Spaniard Fabian Ruiz (83) brings an added layer of class alongside the Napoli mainstay.

Of course, the element of Napoli that will most appeal to many fans is the sheer pace and directness of the side’s attacking line-up.

Being spoilt for choice on that front, last year’s options of Dries Mertens (87), Lorenzo Insigne (87), Jose Callejon (84), Simone Verdi (80), and the target man presence of Arkadiusz Milik (83) are joined by the major big-money signing of Hirving Lozano (82) from PSV. And for anyone who’s played the past couple of FIFA games, you’ll know that Lozano’s pace and finishing can make him almost unplayable on a good day.
