Club: PSG Value: £12.m Cost: Loan Thanks to the quirk of PSG's big squad and abundance of talent, Moura is available to European teams who offer his parent club the chance of giving him some time away to the club to develop. It's not easy, and there doesn't seem to be too much rhyme or reason to who will be allowed to sign him, but Sampdoria have done it, so it's not so much a matter of very top tier teams only. If you can convince the French team to part with him temporarily he's a great short-term addition (PSG aren't likely to let him go too easily at the end of the loan period), and for top four teams and other Champions League contenders he can become something more permanent.
