Ilsinho has been a free agent for a while now, but I really can't see why. He's not even 30 yet, and comes with a wealth of Champions League level experience, as well as being strong anywhere on the right or in the centre of the park. The Brazilian has a predominantly defensive mind, but with attributes like Dribbling 16, Passing 16, Technique 17 and many more, it's easy to see why he could operate in a playmaker role. He won't tear teams apart, but he will give your squad a consistent figure to rely on.
