4. Jermaine Jones

Jermaine Jones is in exactly the same position as Robinho, only he's leaving New England in the MLS. The American veteran would be a fantastic pickup for Premier League sides, and would actually function as a first team player in several. The 33-year-old is physically superb, and high Natural Fitness will ensure he stays that way for at least a couple of seasons. His mental attributes are also sound and technically he simply does what he needs to do. Jones isn't an all-round polished player, but he's fantastic at his job, which is essentially winning back the ball and playing it forward.
