Football Manager 2016: 10 Things It Needs To Get Right With Newcastle

10. A Bigger Transfer Budget

This year the Magpies spent £50 million during the summer transfer window and signed some top european talent in Aleksandar Mitrovic, Georginio Wijnaldum, Chancel Mbemba and Florian Thauvin. The club have promised that they will keep spending after their £50 million outlay and therefore FM16 needs to mirror the Magpies' managing director, Lee Charnley's claims. Newcastle's FM15 transfer budget was around £12.5 million but this year's should be raised or at least bumped up in January as well as in the 2016-17 summer. This will give you the chance to properly invest in some of your top transfer targets and embed them alongside the other summer recruits.
