The jewel in their crown is Lucas Romero, a defensive midfield gem who can be picked up for a great price. Hes 21, so hes a little on the older side compared to others on this list, but he matures quickly and well, and while hes not in the same bracket as some of the five star options, hes a very useful addition. Hes likely to cost around £3m, with incentives (sending him back to Velez on loan for a season if you have the luxury of cover helps sweeten the deal). In the long run, hes well worth it.
