His starting stats mean hell drop straight into your first team, adding pace, creativity and direct play on the wing and offering a tall outlet up top. At that sort of price, Ajax will ask for 40% of the profit from the next sale, and for him to stay at the club for the rest of the remaining season. Given how he blossoms, its not a bad move, and hes not the sort of player you should ever be selling once he reaches that potential anyway.
