Club: Schalke 04 Age: 22 Estimated Cost: £16.5 million Position: Defender Left Sead Kolasinac is one of the best left backs that you can sign on Football Manager 2016 and his physical attributes at the ripe age of 22-years-old are astounding. The Schalke 04 defender ticks all the right boxes. He has excellent attributes for marking, tackling, teamwork, work-rate and his natural fitness is first class. One thing to note is that he isn't very versatile and can only operate effectively from the left side of defence but if you need a reliable, technically sharp full back then Kolasinac will give you exactly that. He will cost around £15-17 million but that isn't a bad price for someone so gifted in a position that is so important on FM16. The Bosnian has made 50 senior appearances for Schalke since signing for the club in 2012.
