Football Manager 2016 Wishlist: 10 New Features It Should Have
9. More Interactive Training Sessions
Undoubtedly, improvements have been made to the training options throughout the last few versions of Football Manager but it still lacks any real engagement despite the announcement of a revamped set-piece creator for the 2016 version. Firstly, it's difficult to gage how important the training aspects of the game are in relation to having a successful save and it becomes frustrating as you try to make subtle changes that appear to have no impact. The training should be turned into a visual concept and you should be able to analyse the players weekly depending on their fitness, mid-week training game and individual shooting, passing and tackling practise. If there were key indications of a player being in form during training then it would give a whole new importance to the option and be far more interesting than quickly clicking on a different 'match focus' prior to the next fixture.
