Like Neven Subotic, Kyriakos Papadopoulos was a big, big name in defending a couple of years ago and one of the hottest emerging talents in Europe, as any Football Manager fan will attest to. Unfortunately, his time at Leverkusen was hampered by injuries and he's now out on loan at Leipzig, but he's still retained a lot of the key defensive stats that made him such a prospect in the first place.
Okay, so his heading isn't the best, but he pulls in 18s,19s and 20s for the rest of the key defensive attributes, and he's only 24, which makes his valuation seem even more baffling. Don't over-think it though, just accept that a bargain has been dropped into your lap by the FM Gods and pick him up early in the draft.
