Tottenham Hotspur can comfortably be set out in a 4–1–2–3 or a 4–2–3–1 and have a good selection of players capable of performing the job at hand. Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld may not be the quickest but still have the mental attributes to make them a solid centre back partnership. Tanguy Ndombele and Harry Winks offer industry either as part of a three man midfield or as a double pivot in a 4–2–3–1 while Son Heung-min, Lucas Moura and Harry Kane offer pace and clinical finishing up front.
Further afield the likes of Atlético Madrid, Valencia and Mourinho’s old side Inter all have squads capable of fulfilling your mid-block needs.
