6. Have Player Potential Be More Dynamic In-Game

An issue that is present in FM, that has recently been somewhat rectified after long being disappointing in FIFA's career mode, is that of player potential. All players have a ceiling that they are capable of reaching in-game, provided that they get enough game time and stay injury-free.
