Club: Borussia Dortmund

Nationality: German

Price: £35 million

While this list is largely about those wonderkids who are modestly priced, there can't be such a list without highlighting Youssoufa Moukoko.

Why is Moukoko impossible to ignore? Well, not just is he a wonderkid with immense promise, he becomes the best striker on Football Manager as the game progresses. Starting the game aged just 16, this Borussia Dortmund prospect will be one of the absolute best forwards in the world by the time he hits 20. Skip ahead another couple of years, and Moukoko will usually have developed into the best forward in the world.

It remains to be seen just how good this Cameroon-born German youth international will become in the real world, but he's a no-brainer signing on FM22 if you're able to stump up the admittedly hefty £35 million fee it'll cost to prize him away from the Westfalenstadion.

Strong starting numbers for finishing, pace, dribbling, flair, technique, determination, agility and natural fitness - numbers that are all at least 15 - are frankly ridiculous to see for someone of such a young age. Considering the scope for this stats to increase, that only emphasises how phenomenal a prospect Youssoufa is.
