Forza Horizon Announced

Microsoft confirm the game will hit this year after a mysterious trailer was spotted on Youtube yesterday.

A random trailer showed up youtube yesterday promoting a game called Forza Horizon, but seeing as how nobody was confirming the trailer was legitimate it was still just a rumor of sorts. However today at Microsoft's 2012 Spring Showcase it was confirmed that the trailer was legitimate and later this year we will see a game called Forza Horizon. Here is the trailer that popped up on youtube over the weekend: http://youtu.be/3Nava72HTq0 Not much else is known about Forza Horizon at this time other than it will supposedly be out later this year and Microsoft referred to the game as a "pick-up-and-play" title. The game is being developed by Playground Games, this studio is comprised of former members of Black Rock Studios who worked on the game Split/Second. Microsoft did say they will more on the game shortly, but no other gameplay details were given at this time. I am now curious though if Microsoft will try to replicate what Activision does with Call of Duty and release a new Forza game every year. Forza is one of the best if not best racing games around so it would make business sense to try and have a Forza game released every year. What do you think, would a Forza game every year be a good thing especially if it is a different type of racing game (more of an arcade racer for example)?
