Game Of Thrones: Casting House Forrester From The Telltale Series

James McAvoy's career is absolutely thriving at the moment and it's not hard to see why the Glasgow native is doing so well for himself, given his incredible talent as an actor. After all, in 2016's Split, he effectively portrayed not one, but eight different characters.

He is also the second actor to make an appearance on this list who is famous for his role in the X-Men Series. This is worth mentioning because while McAvoy looks enough like Rodrik Forrester already, when you look at him with his hair and beard grown out in Days of Future Past, he looks like Rodrik almost to a T.

Rodrik's arc throughout the Telltale series is one of redemption. He was defeated in battle and nearly killed, and during his recovery, Ironrath began to fall apart. He then realized that despite the fact that he could barely function, he had to rally his people together in order to prevent things from going off the deep end. Coincidentally, this is not unlike McAvoy's arc as Charles Xavier, so he has experience there.

Rodrik is one of the most engaging playable characters in the game and displays so much vigor and emotion that only someone with as much experience and range as McAvoy could do the character justice in live-action.
