Gamers Unearth Hidden WWE 2K22 Story Content For Bray Wyatt

2K Games didn't delete these hidden MyRise files for Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' in WWE 2K22.

Several clever gamers have been digging through hidden code in WWE 2K22 since the game launched earlier this month, and they've found some...rather interesting files.

The most impressive finds have been in the game's MyRise story mode. Originally, the narrative was supposed to include a section that'd see Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' character interact with player CAWs - the 'Fiend' was also going to possess Dana Brooke and set up a bizarre "Elimination Chamber of Horrors" match.

Later in the story, authority figure Adam Pearce would help player-controlled characters fend off Wyatt's alter ego and stop him from possessing them. Of course, when Bray left WWE, 2K deleted his character from the roster and removed him from MyRise.

That's a pity.

Other things of note from data-mining sessions include models for Bray-related puppets like Mercy The Buzzard and Abby The Witch. Another screenshot (lifted from the @PWMods account on Twitter) shows a playable 'Firefly Funhouse' room that gamers would've been able to brawl in.

Some on social media are bemoaning the fact that 2K didn't keep some of this content in the game. The 'Funhouse' would've been cool, if nothing else.
