One of the big selling points of the game is that you get to fight in the style of the legendary samurai and as the dishonourable ghost. But it is up to you as the player to decide how those fighting styles will grow and develop over time.

As you progress through the main story and side quests you will unlock new outfits, each with their own custom mechanical advantages. Some may grant you additional health or reduce enemy damage, while others will make it harder for enemies to spot you or help you find artefacts scattered throughout the world. But ultimately, what you decide to wear is up to you.

As your legend grows, you will gain technique points that you can use to unlock new abilities such as chain assassinations, or upgrade your fighting stances to take on more powerful enemies. Combine this with charms that boost your abilities and upgradeable weapons and you have plenty of control over your chosen fighting style.

There is even a bonus set of armour that you can unlock if you manage to platinum the game. So no matter what style you pick, Ghost Of Tsushima has you covered.
