8. Character Customisation

If there's one thing - though there were many - that GTA IV's online component was missing, it was the ability to really get into the nitty gritty and customise your character's appearance, something that has been superbly remedied for GTA V. For starters, the trailer makes it clear that you can now play as a woman (which is sure going to make for some amusing exchanges online, no doubt), but more to the point, you can change just about every possible facet of your character. The game's online economy allows you to purchase new clothes for yourself to indiviudalise your character and express yourself a little. Furthermore, you can also select which weapons you want to be kitted out with, and even which car you want to ride around in (with the ability to purchase other cars also).
