5. R*s Track Record
Of course you know, R* arent just responsible for the GTA franchise. No, no, no, theyve been responsible for, in my opinion, some of the greatest games ever made in terms of both innovation and story. Lest we forget; Red Dead Redemption was one of the most beautifully presented and immersive video games I might have ever played, and if you followed the Max Payne series, did you ever see a more inspirational yet cautionary video game character? Many of us trust R* now, implicitly. Sure theyve got their share of lacklustre titles, which Pub/Dev doesnt? But if were talking about their triple-A titles, you can pretty much guarantee that enough time, money and effort will have been spent on making it as awesome as it can be. With such a proven track record, its little wonder that the next entry into their flagship series is so hotly anticipated.
