Grand Theft Auto V hit store shelves almost a year ago to the day and broke all kinds of records upon release on September 17, becoming the fastest-selling entertainment product in history and raking in $1 billion in its first three days. Here in the United Kingdom, it became the fastest-selling game of all time, selling more copies than Call of Duty: Black Ops and generating more than £90 million after just two weeks. It€™s fair to say that a year ago this month, GTA V was THE must have game. And 12 months on, we€™re still playing it. GTA Online adds a certain degree of longevity to the sandbox title€™s lifespan while the possibility of roaming the map and doing just about whatever you like in the sprawling open world still makes it appealing to computer gamers. Downloadable content (DLC) has also been bringing fans flocking back to San Andreas of late, with a series of specially-themed add-ons being added to the game, including the Valentine's Day Massacre Special update back in February that saw the Gusenburg Sweeper added to Ammunation stores.
