9. OG Loc
Speaking of interesting, that word would perfectly sum up the character of Jeffrey Cross. Only appearing in GTA: San Andreas, Cross (or Jeffrey Martin as he's sometimes confusingly named) is the kind of person that Grand Theft Auto is all about. Another coward who claims he's a tough guy, Cross refers to himself as 'OG Loc' once he escapes prison. His resultant interaction with the main protagonist, Carl Johnson is hilarious. Rockstar have long had a gift for writing strong bit-part players, and Loc is the perfect example of that. He's hardly a major part of the experience, but he would be a welcome return to the GTA cannon. Put it this way, characters that offer this much humour deserve another chance to showcase it. There are hints throughout San Andreas that Jeffrey is actually homosexual, something he is quick to dispel. In GTA VI, it's highly unlikely that he'd play a major role, but long time fans of the series would let out an audible cheer if he were to make another appearance. Maybe he could even be nothing more than a background character, working in one of the fast food restaurants? That would raise a smile.
