Since his first appearance, GIlgamesh has become another recurring figure of the Final Fantasy series, showing up time and again as foe or ally. Having Sora encounter Gilgamesh on his quest across worlds in search of the legendary Excalibur would be a great way to bring the character into the fold while leading up to an awesome optional challenge between the two once Gilgamesh finally gets a hold of it. Should the story of The Sword in the Stone be included, Gilgamesh's search for Excalibur could have some interesting ramifications.
