2. Pixar Properties
Pixar saved Disney, in a sense, and today one of the companys co-founders, John Lasseter, is the chief creative officer of both companies. Having grossed more than $5 billion and earned more than a dozen Academy Awards, Pixars films, ranging from Toy Story (the original) to Brave (the most recent) are hot properties. Given that they were an independent studio until 2006, its understandable that no Pixar characters found themselves included in either Kingdom Hearts I or II. Following Disneys acquisition of the company, however, any restrictions on their inclusion have been seemingly lifted. The likes of Woody and Buzz, Wall-E, Sully and Mike Wazowski, Nemo, Lightning McQueen and Mr. Incredible are therefore all exciting possibilities for Kingdom Hearts III. Each would bring something different to the table.
