Kingdom Hearts 4: 12 Disney & Pixar Worlds We Want To See

Back in December of 2009, The Princess and the Frog hit theaters to a solid opening weekend and high praise from critics. But rather than find breathing room to really take root in pop culture over the holidays like Frozen would four years later, it was essentially steamrolled by the juggernaut that was Avatar only a week later.

Fortunately, though, time has only continued to be kind to the film; it may not have been a massive success at the time, but many fans still hold it near and dear to their hearts, and including it in Kingdom Hearts would truly be fun. From shadowy bayous to the streets of New Orleans decorated for Mardi Gras, a world based around the film has so much potential for flair in every corner.

Even further, the series has always loved including princesses, meaning Tiana would be a great fit, and the villainous Dr. Facilier - one of Disney's fantastic evil-doers of the more recent era - could summon Heartless to help him as part of his deal with the voodoo spirits.

All added up, a trip into The Princess and the Frog seems like such a perfect fit for Kingdom Hearts that it's shocking that it hasn't happened already.
