Now that my inevitable old school tribute is out of the way we can swing into the character screenshots that have been released for Lego Batman 2. Enjoy these fresh new character renders in the gallery below! One thing is certain from staring at the new screens, and it is that the newest Lego Batman title is looking gorgeous. While I personally sank countless hours into the original, I cannot begin to describe how awesome this one is already appearing to be. Players will not only be able to play as the Dynamic Duo, but we will see a wide range of other amazing heroes from the DC Universe. Gamers will be able to control Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, and sure to be many more as they attempt to save Gotham City from Lex Luthor and the Joker. The original Lego Batman title is what truly made me realize the power of what a Lego videogame could become. They are games made to be fun and enjoyable for players of all ages.
