The Bucs can't get a lot worse, and in fairness to them, they now have Number 1 Overall Pick QB Jameis Winston launching missiles at the exciting young WR Mike Evans. With those two players, you'll have some Madden fun, but expect their rating to slide. They didn't lose 14 games for no reason last time around, and while a QB was needed he won't solve al of their problems immediately. While there are probably a couple of teams in worse shape going into 2015, but the Bucs don't deserve to be placed ahead of nine teams. The Giants, Texans, Vikings, and Bills will all leapfrog them in the Madden rankings.
