5. New Orleans Saints - 86

It's safe to say that it's been a disastrous 12 months for the New Orleans Saints. First they crumbled in a mightily disappointing 2014 season, finishing 2nd in a tragically poor NFC South, before losing one of their major assets in the shape of monster TE Jimmy Graham. He could prove to be a huge loss for the Saints, and will be missed by their iconic QB Drew Brees. They've patched up with some solid-enough acquisitions, but they're not what they were going into 2014. Their 86-rating on Madden15 was steep, expect it to tumble.
