4. T.Y. Hilton - 85

T.Y. Hilton has grown in each of his three NFL seasons, piling up 1,345 yards over 15 games in 2014. He's lightening quick, and a frightening prospect to line up against. He dropped a couple of big catches towards the end of last season, but overall he improved again. The same should happen in 2015 as he threatens to burst into the elite group of receivers at the top. 85 is clearly a very good rating, but considering there are 17 receivers with 90+ ratings, Hilton should be around there.
