While on Omega, it's possible for Shepard and crew to visit the Afterlife club and let their hair down. Except, being Mass Effect, it's not quite as simple as all that. After ordering a drink from a shifty Batarian bartender, Shepard collapses on the floor. Upon awakening, it becomes clear that the Batarian is poisoning drinks served to human customers. It's possible for the paragon shepard to simply incite the crowd and call him out for his crimes, presumably leading to incarceration or (at the very least) him losing his job. Renegade Shepard has a much more poetic option though. In a rather literal example of 'tasting your own medicine', the Batarian is forced by Shepard to consume a poisoned drink himself.
