Mass Effect 4 Wishlist: 11 Things Fans Demand

An order so tall, the galaxy's finest need to be called in.

They say go big or go home, and when you're looking at the smouldering pile of wreckage and broken dreams left behind in the wake of Mass Effect 3, it's going to take a considerable amount of communal faith healing to get the Mass Effect ship back on course. For the most part people don't - and never did - actively want to hate the series, but hell hath no fury like a nerd scorned. As evident in something as recent as the new lightsaber design catching hell from fans of a franchise that peaked over three decades ago, it proves once you've built a fanbase dedicated to exploring your fiction for hours upon hours, that love will always manifest in the most passionate ways possible. Back to Mass Effect 4 though, and in the years since its confirmation there have been a number of staff members leave Bioware, including project lead Casey Hudson - who also doubles as the guy who said ME 3 "wouldn't end with you picking an A, B or C" resolution. So maybe it's a good thing, maybe it's not, but either way the team heading up part four aren't the exact same as the first three, and that opens up the possibilities for how things are going to go considerably. Do you want another Mass Effect after everything that went so spectacularly wrong? Check out our potential wishlist and compile your own in the comments below.
