Mortal Kombat 11: Every PLAYABLE Character Confirmed So Far

After years of being something of a joke character (Mortal Kombat's answer to Duke Nukem) Johnny Cage has become the heart of the series....kinda like Joey in Friends.

In Mortal Kombat X, Cage was pretty much the main character and his new family dynamic with Sonya Blade and Cassie Cage formed the linchpin of the story. He and his family essentially defeated Shinnok and saved the Realms, so it should come as absolutely no surprise that he's back for Mortal Kombat 11.

In the recently released gameplay reveal trailer, we can see a spruce-looking Johnny using his superhuman abilities and his martial arts to beat Kabal and Scorpion to a pulp. Beyond his always-awesome shadow kick and hard-hitting punches, we see Johnny use his sunglasses and camera as weapons, before using a frickin' Johnny-esque Oscar Award to impale his opponent.

And finally, his hilarious Fatality sees him uppercut his opponents jaw off... only for a movie clapper to appear and request another take. This happens a few times until Johnny successfully uppercuts their head clean off and then throws it at the camera. We can firmly say this is Johnny's best Fatality ever.
