Yes, Ronda Rousey's voice acting kinda sucks and yes, Tricia Helfer should've reprised the role, but thankfully, Sonya is a tank on the battlefield.

Where she was once known for being a brawler with the occasional supernatural move, Sonya's advancement to being the lady of MK (at least on EarthRealm) brings with it an uptick in combo possibilities.

Regardless of her fatalities being surprisingly inventive given their reliance on military ordnance, it's Sonya's ludicrously extendable combo chains and launchers that let good players abuse opponents for almost the entire match.

Under MK 11's new block system, if you miss the first hit of a given string, that's you dominated for the remainder.
