The nut kick to end all nut kicks, this one is designed to make you squeamish.

That's exactly what we want to see in Mortal Kombat fatalities.

This isn't just a nut-kick though, it's a nut-kick so hard that it sends the spine flying out of the body. It's a great showcase of Mortal Kombat 11's gore, as well as being really violent.

It also helps that this fatality plays on the long-standing Cage tradition of going for the nuts. It feels like the natural culmination of the move, unless Johnny's second fatality also has something to do with that.
