Kevin Durant's lengthy injury lay-off scuppered the Thunder's chances of making the playoffs last year, but they almost made it due to the astonishing efforts of one man. Russell Westbrook stepped up to the plate in a major way, emerging as a legitimate contender for the MVP award towards the end of the season. Westbrook has one gear, and one gear only. Since stepping out of Durant's shadow, Russell has established himself as one of the best point guards in the NBA, and perhaps the most unstoppable when driving to the rim.He seems to be Incapable of playing at anything other than 100%, and deserves one of the biggest stat boosts of anybody in the 2K series for his ferocious efforts. That isn't to say 2015's score of 88 was overly harsh; it was probably accurate at the time, but Westbrook has simply improved too much to warrant anything other than a big increase.
