NBA 2K18: 7 Players With Surprisingly Low Ratings
5. Lonzo Ball - 80
The most exciting draft prospect to enter the NBA since the emergence of Lebron James in 2003, there is a heap load of pressure resting on young Ball’s shoulders going into his first season.
He got his wish when the L.A. Lakers drafted him with the number two pick in the draft, but now he has to deliver. His performances in the NBA summer league though suggest he is ready to take the league by storm, and his rating of just 80 in 2K seems somewhat low.
Ball comes in below spent forces like Dwight Howard, and sits only one rating point above the likes of Patrick Beverley and Clint Capela, two players who are nothing more than role players for their respective franchises.
Ball should go on to prove this a big mistake this season though, and we can expect many ‘moments’ cards for the charismatic youngster if things go to plan.
