NBA 2K20: 10 Surprising Player Ratings Already Confirmed
1. Klay Thompson
2K19 Rating: 89
2K20 Rating: 89
Injury might have ruined Klay's late-season and ultimately the Warriors' chances of winning the three-peat, but seeing Thompson down in 15th in the 2K ratings is a travesty.
89 is a score that is so low for one of the best 'three and D' players in the league, and puts him behind the likes of Karl Anthony-Towns and Russell Westbrook, while he sits some four spots behind underachieving guard Kyrie Irving.
Thompson is one of the finest shooters the game has ever seen, not to mention something of a glitch in 2K thanks to his super-quick release and high three-point rating.
It's easy in a way to see why 2K have opted to keep Klay's rating the same given his injuries at the end of the campaign, but to see him behind certain players in the rankings is a bit of a head scratcher.
