New Super Mario Bros. 2 Pre-Order Bonuses Detailed

Nintendo has announced the pre-order bonuses that will be available to customers who decide to invest early in New Super Mario Bros. 2 on 3DS. Gamestop has revealed that those who pre-order from their online store will be receiving an exclusive gold Mario pin. This bonus will only be available to those who purchase the game online, and will not be available with an in-store pre-order. The pin will ship alongside the full game in August. Game and Gamestation, in the UK, are offering up a gold coin cartridge case for anyone who pre-orders a copy of the game. All of this pre-order content is only available to retail copies of the game, so if you're planning on getting a digital copy you might want to think again, if gold is your color. Mario fans can expect the game to launch on August 19th in the US, and August 17th in Europe.
