Torbjorn can be an invaluable Hero for objectives if used correctly: his turret ability can melt the enemies with absolute ease, and he can also drop armour upgrades for allies to keep them fighting the good fight.

His Rivet Gun isn't particularly interesting or fun to use and is easily bested by most of the game's other guns, but it's worth giving him a try largely for his defensive potential, which can rack up easy kills and severely p*** off the enemy. Just don't throw him into the thick of it against most rivals and expect him to come out on top.
