7. Radamel Falcao (Chelsea)

PES 15 Rating - 90 Radamel Falcao's decline in form has been difficult to track by both of the Konami and EA Sport developers. Trying to decrease a player who was a one time the best in the world is always a difficult game and hopefully PES 16 will correct their far to high assessment of the Columbian forward. Falcao was the 14th best player on PES 15 and his rating of 90 put him alongside, Robert Lewandowski, Edinson Cavani, Karim Benzema and Diego Costa. Simply put, he should not have better finishing than Manchester City's Sergio Aguero.
