Already an established part of the Marseilles first team, Mendy is an attack-minded defender with all the attributes expected of a modern-day full back. He has considerable experience for a 21 year old too, with over 100 league appearances for both Le Havre and Marseilles. He has also featured regularly in the French international youth system, representing his country at various levels - although he is yet to earn a senior cap. Quick, determined, and always willing to whip a cross into the box, the young Frenchman is a dynamic presence on the pitch - both virtually and in real life.
