Pokémon: Ranking Every Gen 2 Video Game
5. Pokémon Pinball Mini
Pokémon Pinball mini is actually pretty great and honestly slightly better than the beloved Game Boy Pokémon Pinball.
Whilst the original Pokémon Pinball is enjoyable, you can only play on two boards so the gameplay lacks much variety. Here there are 70 smaller boards each of which have you shooting Pokéballs into holes, and once all the holes have a Pokéball in them you can move to the next level.
Not only does this have more variety than its popular Game Boy cousin but it also implements capturing Pokémon in a better way. Instead of catching just for catching sake every 'Mon you catch here can be used as your bumper.
Your starter is a Diglett who is the most balanced bumper but you can also catch Pikachu, Clefairy, Wobbuffet, and Poliwag. Each of these have unique properties to make them good on different boards.
Yeah, there's only five Pokémon in the game but they're all unique enough to easily outshine the 151 present in the Game Boy entry.
Pokémon Pinball mini is a lot of fun, and it's unfortunate that nobody has played this title due to the console it's on. Give us a Pokémon Pinball mini remake damn it.
