Pokémon: Ranking Every Gen 2 Video Game
6. Pokémon Puzzle Challenge
Essentially a sequel to the generation one game, Pokémon Puzzle League, Pokémon Puzzle Challenge is a Game Boy Colour version of Tetris Attack / Panel de Pon with a Pokémon skin.
Whilst the gen one Pokémon Puzzle League is enjoyable Pokémon Puzzle Challenge is so much better due to its increased amount of content and the fact that it is portable.
You'll be playing this one for a while before you start to get bored due to how much there is to do.
There are multiple game modes to enjoy such as Marathon which is just an endless mode, Time Zone which is a timed two-minute game, Line Clear which involves clearing a certain amount of lines, Puzzles which are just clearing pre-determined blocks, and Garbage where you play Tetris Attack whilst garbage rains down from the heavens.
Challenge Mode is easily the highlight though. In Challenge Mode you obtain new 'Mons and fight your way through the Johto Gym Leaders, Elite Four, and the Champion. Challenge Mode is great and it feels like a real adventure. Just an adventure where all you do is play Tetris Attack.
