Predicting The Metacritic Scores For 2016's Biggest Video Games
8. Titanfall 2 (83)
The original Titanfall scored 83-86 across platforms, and was genuinely regarded as one of 2014's best games even if its player base began to trickle off rather quickly, and it certainly wasn't the "Call of Duty killer" Respawn Entertainment wanted it to be.
Titanfall 2 is touting a number of enhancements to the original, namely a proper, cinematic campaign, Titans with actual personalities, and of course, the series now releasing on PS4 also.
That said, it seems likely that reviews will be similar to the original game, perhaps slightly lower as the novelty factor of the original isn't quite as significant here. It'll do well, but it just won't be the massive improvement a lot of fans are hoping for.
