This first-party studio came out strong in 2002 with The Mark Of Kri, the PS2-exclusive title that was criminally underrated and sadly forgotten. It ironically came out at a time when Sony didn’t have a clue how to market an exclusive third-person action game.
After that, the studio had much success with sports titles like the NBA series and the definitive baseball franchise MLB The Show. And that's really it for over a decade, with only lukewarm attempts at breaking formula with PS Move titles (e.g. Sports Champions, Medieval Moves) or Mario Kart-wannabes (ModNation Racers, LittleBigPlanet Karting).
Recent rumours have emerged that they might be the internal developers behind the latest Uncharted instalment. Mark Of Kri certainly proved a unique talent that’s worth more then just pumping out endless (if solid) baseball games - it would certainly be exciting to see them get back to something bombastic and Triple-A.
