SAINTS ROW: THE THIRD Gets A Season Pass

The Season Pass will save players 15% off of the buying the downloadable content individually and will cost $19.99.

Saints Row: The Third will join the growing number of games that gives players a chance to purchase DLC ahead of time for a discounted price. THQ announced today that for a price of $19.99 US, players can buy into the Saints Row: The Third Season Pass. The Season Pass will save players 15% off of the buying the downloadable content individually. The Season Pass will include three mission packs and a DLC outfit and vehicle pack; the three mission packs will arrive sometime around January. There will also be a "Gangstas in Space pack, with the Trouble With Clones add-on closing out the Season Pass offerings sometime in the spring." Like any Season Pass this is a risk because you never know how DLC will turn out; and in my opinion very few gaming companies do DLC that is actually worth purchasing. That is not to say that the DLC for Saints Row: The Third will be terrible, however some people may not be able to justify buying all the DLC at once without actually seeing what is included in each mission pack. Have any of you purchased a season pass before and was it worth it? Saints Row: The Third is due for release November 15th in the U.S. and three days later in the rest of Europe.
