4. DLC: At least Bethesda Are Putting Additional Content Out There
Too many gaming companies these days release a slightly recycled version of the game before last at a price of £40. EA Sports are perhaps guilty of this more than any other with their
FIFA series. We pay £40 one year for a title, and £40 the next for a title with only moderate improvements and slightly better physics. Bethesda meanwhile have already released two DLC's in the year since the release of Skyrim, and that's pretty good going. Sure, none of the content has arrived on the PS3
yet, but at least Bethesda, unlike certain other developers, are putting additional content out there rather than waiting for their next big release. They don't
have to release DLC at all, they could just wait a couple of years, release
The Elder Scrolls VI and start counting their money, but instead, they provide us with fresh content to play whilst we wait for a sequel, and we should be grateful for that.
