Black Cat may already be confirmed to have a starring role in the first of Marvel's Spider-Man's DLC, but that hasn't stopped the developers from planting the seeds for her arrival in the meantime.
In a report by Betty Brant titled "Penthouses Pilfered", it's revealed that an unknown assailant is targeting the homes of New York's rich and powerful, navigating sophisticated alarm systems more commonplace in museums and art galleries than they are in the city's apartments. The report also mentions that the burglar has been leaving behind a calling card (see above), before going on to state that "victims will invite outside forces to demystify the million-dollar bandit".
The literal black cat calling card might be a bit on the nose, but still, it's great to see the character gearing up for another appearance.
It's also worth remembering that, with Black Cat being the first of more DLCs to come, Insomniac look set to be exploring the Marvel Universe in a big way.
