Everyone is going to have their own play-style at the end of the day, and depending on what that is, you're going to want to choose the right weapon for the job. Whilst there aren't a multitude of blasters to choose from, the selection on offer is one diverse enough to enable players the opportunity to take on different roles in their team. There are heavy blasters, semi-automatic blasters, carbines and pistols to choose from, all with their own distinct merits and faults. So far gunplay is all reasonably balanced, but I have worryingly noticed that heavy blasters dominate shootouts all too frequently.
