Star Wars Battlefront 2 Wishlist: 12 Things Fans Need To See

1. A 'Multiple Main Characters' Offline Campaign

The big one, and also the one feature that fans screamed about 2015’s release not having.

Fantastically though, DICE have provided the perfect template on how to do a Star Wars campaign for the ages: Simply use Battlefield 1’s ‘vignette’ style to hop between multiple main characters, allowing for say, a dogfighting series of X-Wing-based missions with Poe, a Luke-based run up against Jabba’s various goons from the opening of Return, or even a stealthy Obi-Wan section before facing off against Vader for the big finish.

Speaking of Vader, give us the Rogue One ‘corridor massacre’, and all will be forgiven.

Basically, this is the perfect way to pluck any number of sequences from Star Wars’ entire onscreen fiction - regardless of which movie they’re from - and deliver them in perfectly paced, perfectly playable chunks.
