Star Wars Battlefront 3: 10 New Heroes DICE MUST Include

The heroes we deserve.

DICE announced this week that the latest update for Star Wars Battlefront II will be the last one the game receives. Even though the game had an extremely rocky launch due to the terrible press surrounding loot boxes - which included EA having Reddit's most down-voted comment of all time - it eventually garnered one of the most supportive and engaged fanbases in the medium.

Star Wars Battlefront II has received an abundance of free content regularly since its initial release in November of 2017. After criticisms that the prequels were under-represented, DICE added new heroes Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Count Dooku and General Grievous. These were then followed by droid characters BB-8 and BB-9E from the Sequel Trilogy.

All were valued additions to the game, but with the recent news of support winding down, there are still an abundance of characters that DICE never got around to adding.

Although the future for the Star Wars Battlefront franchise is somewhat unclear at the moment, it's also inevitable that a sequel will one day arrive. So who should DICE include in the threequel? Spanning every era of the Star Wars saga, here are the heroes and villains that must be included in Battlefront III...

10. Ahsoka Tano

Perhaps the most requested hero to be added to the game is Ahsoka Tano, and it's hard to argue against it.

Originally introduced in The Clone Wars movie as Anakin Skywalker's young apprentice back in 2008, the character has grown to become a fan favourite, and her journey on screen is one of the most captivating in all of Star Wars.

Adding Ahsoka would certainly introduce a different style of lightsaber combat, as she wields two lightsabers at once as opposed to just one. Ahsoka also has a variety of different looks to choose from in terms of appearances, with everything from her first Padawan outfit, to her distinguished appearance in Star Wars Rebels all being options to include.

Ahsoka has become a character synonymous with the Clone Wars, so adding her to the Battlefront games is something that feels well overdue.
